The organization is comprised of public-sector and private-sector members engaged in promoting economic development throughout the state of Maine. Private-sector members represent real estate development, financial services, utilities, design professionals and trade associations. Public-sector members represent economic development agencies (at the local, regional, state and federal levels) and elected officials.
